Investigates a mystery that has long puzzled scientists - how, during a span of some 50 million years from the early to late Jurassic era, dinosaurs evolved from a relatively small group of primitive creatures to become a magnificent array of giant carnivores and plant eaters that would dominate the planet for millions of years. Examines evidence that came to light in the 1990s from a rare outcrop of mid-Jurassic rocks in the midst of an Argentinian wilderness, where palaeontologists uncovered a complete eco-system of fossil remains.
