Mr. Bean takes frogspawn from the park to his bed-sit, however, once the frogs turns to adult, it become aggressive. At the same time, Mrs. Wicket, the man and the old woman are celebrating but Mr. Bean's bathtub gives in and the swarming frogs attacks them. Finally, Bean lures the frogs by throwing a meat into the London bus.
